Join our Trade Ally Program and become eligible to offer an on-bill repayment option to your customers in SLVREC’s service territory. On-Bill Repayment is a new financing program designed to make home energy upgrades affordable through low-interest financing. Only registered contractors can offer the financing and receive Trade Ally incentives.
