NOTICE OF JOB OPENING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The San Luis Valley Rural Electric Cooperative has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative. Work hours are Monday – Thursday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., forty hours/week plus additional time as duties require. Central contact point for processing all customer inquiries for electric and broadband services. Handles sales for broadband services. Handles all billing functions including payment processing, collections and service disconnections for electric and fiber accounts. Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, strong attention to detail & ability to multitask in a hectic and fast-paced environment. Associate’s degree in business is preferred. Three years’ experience in customer service, preferably in utility industry. Additional testing will be required. Click HERE to complete the job application.
