As part of an ongoing rate education and member engagement process, San Luis Valley REC will be conducting customer satisfaction surveys among members from June 15-July 6, 2020.
The purpose of this survey is to measure satisfaction levels and opinions regarding various electric utility services, initiatives and offerings, as well as identify opportunities to improve customer service throughout the service territory.
The survey itself will be conducted by GreatBlue Research, Inc., a professional research firm located in Glastonbury, CT. This survey will be vital in helping SLVREC understand the concerns and priorities of its members and guide the utility in making decisions that best reflect member goals and needs.
A random sample of members will be called and either the name of the firm (“GreatBlue”) or one of the following three phone numbers— 860-740-4005, -4006 or -4007— will show up on the caller ID.
