Heat pumps are now a core part of residential HVAC — even in the cold and mixed climates served by Tri-State. As cold-climate technology and electrification reshape system design, utility incentives increasingly depend on proper airflow, duct performance, and commissioning.

Contractors who test and optimize systems reduce callbacks, improve customer satisfaction, and unlock more program opportunities.

CONTRACTOR BENEFITS
• Hands-on diagnostic skills
• Reduced callbacks
• Improved customer satisfaction
• Prepared for utility rebate programs
• Earn additional incentives through
Tri-State’s Trade Ally Incentive Program

TECHNICAL TOPICS
• Health & safety
• Static pressure testing
• Duct pressure mapping
• Airflow measurement
• Duct leakage testing
• System charge verification
